PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS AND RULES
- Competitors will run on the course marked by the organization throughout the race. The signs are placed at intervals of minimum 10 meters and maximum 100 meters according to the terrain.

- It is the responsibility of the competitor to run on the course by following the signs. Getting lost (running in the wrong place) is in the nature of trail running.

- The organization has the right to make changes to the course before the race. Any changes made will be announced to the competitors before the race.

- Some of the courses may pass on roads open to traffic. It is the responsibility of the participant to obey the traffic rules and to be careful of the vehicles and to make safe passage.

- Our participants who are under the age of 18 can only participate in the KUMBAHÇE5K and HALİKARNAS10K courses with a parental permission petition.

- Since each participant is required to sign only their own waiver, the participant can only take their own kit bag at the kit distribution table.

- Mandatory material checks will be made at the kit table and at the start. Kits cannot be delivered to participants who do not show their mandatory materials at the kit table.

- For HERODOT34K and BODRUN60K courses, participants must have a 6-month health certificate stating that it does not prevent them from running or an athlete license approved by a sports federation.

- Participants aged 65 and over can participate in the competition with an EKG and a health report from a cardiologist.

- Athletes who do not participate in the event can have their kits collected by a friend with their ID photo.

- Prizes/mattresses and kits will not be shipped after the event.

AWARDS
- In all courses, age groups are defined as 39 and under, 40-49, and 50 and over.

- (WA/WMA Rule 3.1) In all races, the age group in which the athlete will compete is determined by looking at the month and day of the athlete's birth date, based on the competition date.

- There is no cash prize, there may be sponsor awards. Cups/plates are given to the winners of the competition.

- No awards are given to the winners of the general classification in age groups.

DISQUALIFICATION

- A runner who throws a water bottle on the terrain will be disqualified. (An athlete who is complained about throwing a water bottle by 2 runners will be disqualified.)

- Not passing through any intermediate point.

- Using a shortcut or vehicle.

- Leaving a participant who needs help alone and not helping.

- Refusing to be checked by medical personnel.

- Refusing to have mandatory equipment checked by the organization.

- Receiving support other than at intermediate points.

Disqualified runners will not be allowed to continue the race.

REGISTRATION FEES 

• BodruN Ultra registration fee refunds are valid until January 5, 2026. If you submit a refund request within 7 days of this date, we will refund 70% of the fee.
• No refunds will be issued for registration fees after January 5, 2026. 
• If you registered with a refundable fee, 100% of your payment will be refunded until January 5, 2026
• The recordings made are specific to the event and cannot be transferred or assigned.
